Reactivating an Inactive Scheduled Report
Once a scheduled report has been inactivated, it will be remain inactive and will not be generated. The report must be re-activated if you would like it to be generated on the scheduled dates.
- Open PharmaClik Rx Reports.
- Highlight Scheduled on the left side of the Select a Report window.
- A list of scheduled reports is displayed on the right side of the window. Highlight the inactive report that you would like to activate.
- Press the Next button.
- Press the Timing tab.
- Press the Active checkbox to insert a checkmark in the box.
- Press the Save button.
- Press the Previous button.
The screen returns to the list of scheduled reports. The scheduled report is still highlighted. The active icon is displayed to the left of the report name. The active icon is a clock symbol.
